Founded by Alexandra Solea, Soléart Management is a project dedicated to supporting young performing artists on the international stage. Born in Italy, at the heart of the Mediterranean, it is an ambitious initiative that promotes emerging musicians and higher musical education, while fostering awareness of the diverse musical cultures, educational models, and traditions that shape our distinct national identities. We believe that pairing erudition with creativity elevates feeling and imagination to new heights.

Soléart Management operates within both the national and international artistic landscape, striving to build a powerful synergy between music, young people, and society — connecting the many cultural and social realities of our time, from public institutions to private musical organizations. In order to encourage the international community to place greater value on the cultural dimension, to amplify the voice of music, and to share with society the richness of musical thought and the creative spirit of young artists, every project promoted by Soléart Management is designed to leave a lasting mark through concrete, meaningful action.

Through partnerships with national institutions and international organizations, Soléart Management stands out as a cultural organization capable of bridging continents — creating dialogue and cooperation among musical institutions, universities, festivals, and international foundations, and bringing together young musicians and renowned artists from around the world.

Our core activities include:

  • Promoting young musicians through artistic projects at both national and international levels

  • Facilitating artistic exchanges between countries and cultural institutions

  • Organizing concerts, music, and theater performances

  • Developing and promoting cultural and entertainment activities

  • Organizing seminars, competitions, workshops, and masterclasses in partnership with local and international institutions

Soléart Management's recent cultural events and concerts have been realized in collaboration with leading national and international public and private institutions, including: the Ravello Festival, the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Romanian Embassy in Italy, the "Santa Cecilia" Music Conservatory in Rome, Luna Rossa Productions, Youth Music of the World, the Polish Cultural Institute in Rome, Teatro dell'Opera "La Fenice" in Venice, the Accademia Nazionale di "Santa Cecilia," the Accademia Filarmonica Romana, the Accademia di Romania a Roma, the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Italy, and the "George Enescu" International Festival and Competition, among others.
